One issue we faced was that the hot water system seemed to have problems during our stay. Luckily, it was just for one night, but it could be inconvenient for longer visits.

My stay was delightful, with easy access to Lumire Winery just a little over 2 km away and the beautiful scenery of Sugarplum Zoo and Chocolates convenient within a short drive, making it perfect for strolls and exploration. I appreciated the clean room and relaxing atmosphere, truly enhancing my weekend getaway experience.

The grapevine-covered trellises and elegant outdoor seating made everything feel like a charming vineyard dream. Accessibility throughout the resort was delightful, giving me the chance to explore without a worry!

I truly enjoyed my stay at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. The resort accommodations are top notch with spacious rooms and breathtaking grounds. The staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, especially the gourmet dishes sourced from local ingredients.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

The wine tasting experience was a gem, with Tracey bringing the good vibes. Shabu shabu was a culinary highlight that really lit up my palate! And can't forget the solid service from Douglas who kept us stocked up at the pool.

But oh boy, the room was a letdown! The shower had no grab bars, making it tricky to navigate. Plus, the cleaning left room for improvement with some dirty baseboards.

Had a nice weekend with my partner. At check-in, we were greeted like royalty, with a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in our room. Dinner at the restaurant? Absolutely delicious! We didn't have a bad dish all weekend, the linguine pasta paired well with the red we selected from the bountiful wine list.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, it felt acceptable.

The stay at the villa was thoroughly enjoyable, highlighted by the stunning views of grapevines and the luxurious amenities like a jacuzzi bathtub and spacious double-sink bathrooms. The staff consistently provided excellent service, notably a friendly employee who ensured we were well taken care of. However, the pool area could use more shade options, as the current setup lacks mature trees. Additionally, while the tastings were delightful, a wider variety of food options would enhance the dining experience.

we had a great time at south coast winery resort & spa! the front reception was super pleasant, and we really appreciated the bottle of wine. the syrah suite was clean, quiet, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. we loved how close it was to the vineyards. wish we could’ve stayed longer!
